With your consent, Pogo may collect information related to your usage of mobile apps on your device (“App Usage Data”). App Usage Data may include information about how much time you spend in apps installed on your device, app name, and the date and time of when the app was used.

Your level of opt-in will determine how we use and share your App Usage Data:

Playtime Rewards: to track, verify and reward you for the time you spend playing games, as well as to personalize your Pogo Paid Games experience.

‍

Data Dividends: subject to your Data Dividends opt-in, we may share your App Usage Data for Market Research (anonymized insights for research) or Personalized Ads (on Pogo and other platforms like Facebook and TikTok).

To stop the future collection and use of your App Usage Data, toggle off App Usage Data in the Data Dividends Control Center. However, this does not delete any App Usage Data that was previously collected. To delete previously collected App Usage Data, submit a request through our Privacy Center or delete your Pogo account.
